The Restaurant of the Educational Farm ‘La Collina Incantata’ is the result of the restoration of an ancient farmhouse surrounded by gentle hills covered with vineyards, carried out by the Giovannini family, owner of the Cantina Giovannini winery.

The commitment has been to give value to the products we cultivate and the animals in our farms. The chef has already made a name for herself in the land of Narni and aims to enhance the products from the garden and the entire production of the Farm at 0 km, including oil, veal, lamb, and pork, with a reinterpretation of Umbrian cuisine.

The project, born several years ago, is the result of the intention to combine multiple aspects in a single, charming countryside space, an extension of the entire farm. From gastronomy, there are boards of cured meats, panzanella, and tasty handmade traditional first courses; the Wine List starts with Ciliegiolo.

From spring, you can enjoy the garden that welcomes guests in an almost timeless atmosphere, for lunch, a snack, or dinner. You can dine outdoors, in the dining room, or under the ancient oak tree; this is what we offer.

The tasting menu includes our cured meats, cheeses, and bruschettas, omelets, and much more, along with traditional local first courses like ciriole with white Chianina ragù, wild boar, and grilled meats.

Paired with the wines from our cellar that complement and enhance the dishes, creating strong stimuli in a crescendo of pleasant sensations.
